Pink Amethyst is a variety of Amethyst that crystallizes in the form of masses, prismatic shards, botryoidal, granular, and as a druzy coating. Its pink color comes from small inclusions of hematite within the quartz. Pink Amethyst is relatively new to the market and can only be found in southern Brazil.
