Great bowl for your solar plexus.  Most traditional bowls are thinner, and you play by striking the bowl and running the striker around the bowl.  These bowls are thicker and unique. You play them by simply striking them around the bowl.  They ring for quite a while when you strike them several times. In the video, I demonstrate this and use my hand to stop the bowl from singing.  This is cool and allows you to focus on the healing energies. You will receive this bowl and your striker. I do recommend using a ring or pillow to keep the bowl from moving around. (Optional)
